I received my welder yesterday and tried it out this morning. I am impressed. I spent my young years as a union ironworker. I haven’t welded in years but your machine made so easy to pick up where I left off. Your Customer Service is awesome. First I received the wrong item but Raymond picked up the ball and rushed mine out to me.

I purchased a yeswelder core flux welder,advertised as 10 amp powerpoint machine in australia,it turned up as a 110 volt american welder made in china,with no wire ,no clue of what wire to place in the welder,no safety warnings,with no settings,in or on the welder or in the booklet that i found was completely useless,i asked yeswelder.com for help ,i did get raymond that sent a settings chart with no understanding of the machine or its operation,i took the welder to a professional welder,he went over the welder and came back with,do not use this welder in australia with 240 volt powerpoint as you could do harm to yourself or burn your house down,if your house had 15 amp power points ,none have,its ok,but the yankee settings are for 110 volts,so halve the recommendend settings,send it back,the seller never responded,neither did yesweld.com.

I’ve been wanting a reasonably priced plasma cutter for home use for sometime. Read the reviews and watch several YouTube videos on the CUT-55DS. Hey when a discount code came out I decided to take the plunge. The unit was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged with everything I needed in the box. Set up was easy following the instructions. Had the unit up and running on 110 V in no time. Did have a couple questions and setting it up for 220 V and emailed the company. In both instances, the reply came within 24 hours and I was very impressed at how quickly they responded. The unit is fully operational on both 110 and 220. I have no experience with a plasma cutter but even with my lack of experience the unit is easy to use. I have cut three eights inch cold steel and the unit cut it with no problems whatsoever. The only thing I didn’t notice was some slag on the backside of the cut but I’m sure that is purely due to my inexperience and not having either the air pressure or amperage set appropriately. Well I haven’t used the unit extensively as of this writing, I have been impressed with the ease and speed in which it cuts the metal I have tried. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

My third machine I purchased from YesWelder was the CUT55DS and it had issues out the box. I thought it was user error but after a few weeks of sporadic trying, I decided to email customer service. They sent me some step by step instructions on how to troubleshoot which involved opening the unit and touching wires, which I tried but was immediately overwhelmed. I let them know just that and they said "no worries, we will send a new one asap". A few days later my new unit arrived and worked perfectly out the box. Other than the frustration of losing that initial time to the first unit, I have no complaints at all about their products or their customer service. I will definitely order more products from YesWelder in the future.

Customer service is amazing. I ordered the mig 205 ds a while ago and it’s still working amazing same with my cut 65. Amazing welders for the price.

After looking at many different multi process welders that are currently available, I decided to purchase the MIG 205ds. The stick and TIG function on the welder worked flawlessly and made short work of what I threw at it. Unfortunately though, there was a problem with the MIG function and despite my beat efforts the wire kept breaking in the machine and turning In to a birds nest in the compartment. I brought this issue to yeswelders customer service department and went through the settings and set up to make sure this was not operator error. After it was determined through conversation as well as me sending photos of the problem it was determined this was happening due to a defect in the machine. Yeswelder sent me a replacement machine! And on top of that said it was fine to keep te old one for a spare. Yeswelders customer service and commitment to their customer base is second to none! They have made me a lifelong yeswelder customer! I would recommend yeswelder brand welders and cutters to anyone who either welds at home fir a hobby, or to professionals who need a reliable, portable unit that can get the job done.

I highly recommend yeswelder if you are looking for an outstanding product for the price and fantastic customer service!! I have two yeswelder products, 65amp plasma, and 200amp stick welder. Both machines have done exactly what yeswelder said they would do and are perfect for the full time welder or weekend warrior. When it came time for customer support with a small issue on my plasma machine, I was treated with the up most respect and my problem was resolved rather quickly with an outcome that I wasn't expecting. I WILL be buying the yeswelder 250 amp ac/dc tig machine, once my cfo gives me the green light, and I am certain I will not be disappointed. In closing, there are several inexpensive welding machines out their but I feel I got the best one of the bunch as for product and customer support. Thank you yeswelder and I look forward to a long standing relationship with you!

I had an issue with the MIG gun fitting tightly on my Mig 205DS, Yeswelder was outstanding. Sent me a new torch immediately and was very helpful. Customer service was above reproach and I would highly recommend them.
