YesWelderReviews of yeswelder.com

All I can say Is the Yeswelder company and their staff are absolutely top notch. I love my welder and the tech support. I've been a toolmaker since 1975 and in my opinion Yeswelder is the best bang for your hard earned dollars. Thank you Yeswelder.

I was interested in purchasing a plasma cutter but had some questions. Lily, with their customer service, was quick and helpful with her responses. I did purchase a cutter and was also pleased with the great communication regarding shopping and tracking information. When the box arrived I was excited to open it and try out my new plasma cutter. The problem was that there was no ground clamp/cable in the box. Lily apologized and quickly got one in the mail to me. There is always the potential for some complications and what helps define the company is how they resolve these complications. Within a few days I had the part I needed and am very pleased with YesWelder and their customer service. Would highly recommend.

I ordered MIG 205-DS and of course couldn't wait for it to arrive. After quite a few days had passed I called Yeswelder support and was told they would get back to me the next day. The next day they did call and told me my welder had gone to Canada instead and they would try their best to figure out what had gone wrong. A few more days went by and nothing happened so I gave them a call. I asked if they could just ship me another welder. At this point I was also in touch with another person by email and of course both these people were In foreign countries. At no point I felt I was getting the runaround I always felt they truly were trying to help me. A few more days went by and there it was on the door step the MIG205DS. I unboxed it and couldn't wait to see how much better it would be compared to my old Harbor Freight one. All the parts were in the box and I placed a roll of wire in it and went off to weld my first piece. Well here we go the Mig does not work but after checking things out the other modes did. I went right back on the phone trying to explain this situation. After sending a few videos, emails and phone calls I was sent a replacement. This one worked and I did a couple of welds. Like many other people who are purchasing these welders I am not by any means a great welder but I can tell you I am now a better welder. The first weld I made was better than any weld I ever made with my Harbor Freight MIG due to the Yeswelder's AUTO settings that take the guess work out of the task. Needless to say it was not like going to the corner store and getting a welder it was ordering something from half-way round the world and expecting a glitch free transaction which doesn't always happen. At the end of this whole story I am very happy with the welder and will be getting a cutter in the future. When There are thousands of miles between seller and buyer we can't expect for things to always go smooth. I had a very good experience with their support team and thank them for all their effort and understanding. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a machine that is easy to use and make one a better welder than he may think he is. Thank you. Victor

yes placed an order for a md205 and a bunch of accesories got most of them in days really great customer service and sales team

Great communication... I forgot to put the code in for my welder machine to receive the additional $190 after purchase... I called and email and received responses. They honor to give me a non-expiration date gift card of $190.

Let me start by saying I left this review on their website on this item over a week ago and they choose to HIDE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! Was really excited when I purchased my 205-DS with TIG torch for my dad for his birthday. Was less than impressed when it arrived with no contact tips, no instructions, and a big scratch across the top of the machine. It has taken over two weeks over back and forth with yeswelder for them to finally ship some contact tips and we were told to look for the instructions online. How helpful. My dad isn't all that internet savvy so I'll have to print them off for him. I guess they're fine with shipping units that have big scratches because they never said a word about it in our emails.... He was so excited to get to try out all the functions but were still waiting for mig.

Customer service is absolutely topnotch! I completely my.own fault ordered the wrong consumable kit to go with my yeswelder plasma I ordered (the consumables are different between 110v and 220v o pay attention to what you are ordering). I wrote the company to ask about as the package is clearly marked 110v and I will mainly be using 220v. Raymond advised me that they are not compatible with 220 so I asked how to go about returning for a refund so I could order the correct kit. In absolute amazement Raymond told me not to worry and to keep the 110v kit and the would refund me so I could order the proper 220v kit as well!. Absolutely blew my mind and cemented the customer service as being top notch! Highly recommend Yeswelder!
