I have never had the kind of 1st class customer service that I received from Yeswelder. The first time I called the recording told me to leave a message and would get a call back, I didn't leave a message because I didn't expect a call back like normal, but they called anyway and said that they had a call from my number. I thought that was incredible. I went ahead and ordered a mig and a cutter. I had a problem with a machine and Ana took care of everything and shipped out another. I will never buy from anyone other than Yeswelder. These are the nicest people to deal with. You can't go wrong buying from Yeswelder!! Raymond was quick to answer my questions and to the point

I recently requested service for my welder using the Yes Welder support service request email link. Ana quickly responded the next morning requesting further needed information (shipping address, problem description details, etc). The problem was resolved with out any quibbling and a resolution was determined quickly. The easily replaced repair part was shipped prepaid and has been placed in service. Yay! Raymond even provided a bonus helmet and discount on my next purchase as a token of good will. This token was unsolicited and above and beyond expectation. In summary, the support group exhibited what I call the three "P's" ... Prompt, Professional, and Polite service.

Raymond from Yeswelder customer service was the best. very thankful for his help. I am extremely impressed with Raymond's complete and thorough response. He answered all my questions directly, clearly and addressed all my issues. This is probably the best response to my questions I have ever received from a company. It was well written and very organized. I was given bad advice from local weld shops that could have jeopardized my safety. thanks to Raymond again for making it in clear and plain language. I will not be using the old mig gun with the missing plastic cover. he had confirmed my suspicions that it was not safe to do so. thank you again!!

We had questions about settings and about a problem with a plasma cutter and the issues were quickly resolved. Only concern I have is that instruction manual for plasma cutter is very poor. Great company! Would definitely do business with them again

I bought a helmet 6 months ago and it started to ark flash me really bad. I contacted customer support about this problem and Ana helped me resolve my issue. Customer support was excellent, Always kept in contact with me. The sent me an new helmet and told me to keep the old one as a spare. I am very happy with yeswelder and i will be buying a lot more products from them.
