contacted customer service to figure out why the welder wasn't functioning properly. They're representative Ana replied promptly (for email) and clearly outlined what videos and photos they needed of the issue and the welder itself. After a few email complications of sending a video file they got back to me and gave a list of things to test to narrow down the issue. At the time I was out of town and could not perform the tests but they reached out multiple times to check in on me. When I tested their list it turned out to be a wiring issue on my end not the welders. Overall very helpful. I give the welder itself four stars but the customer service was very good.

The service online through emails is very good. But their online inventory on the website is not updated. So there is a possibility that some of your items will be refunded. Like it happened to me. If you give delivery instructions, they don't do what you asked. So I found one of my items completly soaked of rain water and where I could have been stolen. Their delivery instructions could be improved, cause there is none.

I’d bought a welder from yeswelder and have used it everyday non stop, something went wrong with it so I emailed the support team and got ahold with someone immediately, Raymond then helped me through the process and answered all of my questions to exactly what I needed, he then fixed my issue and has been aiding me the whole way through it, I have never had better customer service ever, so happy with my purchase, Raymond was awesome!

I recently purchased a helmet and was very satisfied with its functionality and overall design, i did, however run into a minor inconvenience but Ana managed to help me out right away and sent out a replacement part i needed, it all was a speedy and pleasant process, customer service is superb!

Received a brand new cut-45ds 110/220v plasma cutter to cut 1/8 steel. Didn’t work at first but after speaking to a yes welder rep we discovered a wire was disconnected in the gun. They are mailing a new one. Up to that point the torch was working beautifully.
