I purchased a welder with a built-in air compressor for a plasma cutter. I received the item and it did not work. I contacted customer service and the resolved the issue quickly. They sent new unit but I haven’t yet tried it. Raymond was very helpful trying to diagnosed and decided to just send me a whole new unit.

Great customer service. They replaced my helmet when it wasn’t working and we’re very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Ana and Raymond they worked with me and got me going again.

I purchased a welding helmet and the next day noticed that the price changed significantly. There was no obvious reason for it so I emailed customer support to inquire. Support was quick to respond (next-day) and Ana (Yeswelder Support) was superb in making it right. This is my 2nd support experience and nothing but professionalism from Yeswelder!

Well, I have a brand new YesWelder in my garage that I bought in 2021, never used it, tried to set it up on Sunday , followed videos instructions and it would not feed wire into gun, error code 2 flashed only, I emailed and started a conversation with Victor, very helpful, we talked back and forth many times and Victor gave me something to check, well nothing worked, no any kind of warranty on this welder, so now of course my luck ran out. I heard all good things about YesWelder, but not for me, I told them the TRUTH about never using the machine, probably would of been defective from day 1 , any way Victor was cool, no complaints about Victor, I feel they should of offered a replacement welder, they could of seen this was never used, get what you pay for, of to a Miller welder now.

Recently bought a set of autodarkening goggles, when I opened the box the lense was shattered. I wrote an email to customer service about the issue and promptly got a response from Anna who was very fast and helpful at getting this issue resolved.

Yes welder customer support was available in a short amount of time and were willing to help resolve the issues I was having with my setup. Ana from Yes welder team was my direct support technician from the beginning and was very understanding and able to help me right away.

bought at ct2050, used plasma cutter few times, then stopped working. called customer support through some emails from Raymond we tried few things and Raymond was able to resolve problem.i give him A++ thx for everything.
