I accidentally bought the wrong welder and I got ahold of customer service and Ana was great to work with on it. I had to return it because they don't do exchanges which is fine. Most companies are doing that. Did my return and purchase the correct welder I needed. Even though it was my mistake they were great to work with. Thanks Ana!

This is my second experience with Yeswelder support and it was as positive as the first. In this instance I couldn't get the machine (YWA-160) to switch from stick to TIG. I notified support and Ana came through once again. Turns out the instructions in the manual were incorrect; she got me squared away, all is good now and she also promised to get the manual corrected. Yeswelder is batting a thousand with me.

Second purchase with YW, more than pleased. I had an issue with unboxing my most recent welder, when I left the welder and contents on the floor. My dog decided to chew through the 110/220 adapter cord. Emailed them asking for a link to purchase a new adapter, and they sent me a new one without even asking a question. Great company and customer service.
