Hello, had some trouble with plasma cutter . They went above and beyond to help me out . I would like to thank Ana , Shewin , and Raymond. Just to name a few trusted individuals for there help with my issues. Also have a welder , hood and lots of rolls of wire from yes welder . Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in metal crafting.

I ordered the 200p AC/DC tig welder. Everything was really great for the price, but I had an issue with gas flow through the torch. Raymond was extremely prompt in addressing my email to customer service, very professional and helpful in getting my issue resolved. I think the overall quality of the machine is not reflected in this small issue and Raymond was super helpful about correcting it by sending me replacement parts.

I bought 270k yeswelder mig side did not work had no power on that side so I called in they sent me a nother one same thing stick welder side work but when you went to mig side no power they acted like they did not know what was wrong I had to send video to them Anna email me told me I had ground wrong and what I was doing was touching if wire straight to ground so I could show them there was no arc at all I told them I would try different welder. But Anna took it upon her self to send the my money back on a card I did not have anymore my bank change everyone cards and The extras that I had bought for that welder i got nothing tell me what good are they if you don’t have welder goes with them?

Ana at Yeswelder could not have been more patient with me. I was very impressed by her. I am new to mig welding, so I have a lot of "dumb question," as it were. I had several follow-up questions to Ana's many detailed email replies. Being new to dealing with Yeswelder, I sort of expected Ana to either become annoyed at my many questions or simply stop responding to my emails. She did neither. She answered my every question and concern. Thanks to the great customer service I got from Ana, I now feel good about my decision to buy a Yeswelder product.

The customer service was amazing It was as fast as 5 minutes later that I sent a request at 10 p.m.

The customer service was quick to respond and with just a few questions they proceed my warranty in just a few days

Yeswelder customer support was awesome to work with my mig 270k welder had been damaged in shipping I wrote a email out to the support group, Edmond responded back quickly to me about my damaged part and got the replacement part sent out very promptly I couldn't be happier thank you Edmond for your help Kaleb
