I ordered the LYG-M800HP helmet. After weeks of the USPS showing "In Transit" status, I contacted YesWelder via email. Raymond agreed that the helmet was likely lost and immediately sent me another one. I have not yet used the helmet but it is light and looks well made. Good customer service.

I ordered a Cut 65DS Pro from Yes Welder for $318.99 and then I found it on Amazon for $254.99. So I contacted Yes Welders and told them about it and Ana replied and told me to send her a picture of the price and that would price match it. So I did and she got back to me and give me a gift card for the difference that never expires. So I used it to buy a pedal for the welder. Great customer service. I’ve also ordered the 200P pro welder from them can’t wait to get them and get started on some projects. Thanks again Ana

Raymond at Yeswelder did a great job at resolving my issues with a 205pro I purchased directly from Yes. Unfortunately, the issues could not be resolved fully and he also assisted me in getting a refund for the purchase. Though I cannot speak to the product as I could not use it, Raymond was very instrumental in helping try to get it working and the resulting refund. Even though I did not end up with a working unit, the timely response and resolution were fantastic. Thank you.

Customer service is 2nd to none. Very helpful in answering questions and very fast response time. Raymond is the gentleman who was assisting me with my purchase and questions and I could not say enough good things about him. I have yet to invest quality time in using the welder but if their customer service represents the quality of their equipment, I should be good to go.

I bought a 205ds a couple of years ago, but hadn't used it until recently, after taking a welding class and getting ready to start my project. The welder worked great for a couple of days, then poof, it quit working. I knew it was out of warranty but wrote in telling them what happened, and Raymond made it right by sending out another unit. i ordered a MIG-250-DG i recived it very quickly the Thumb screw that holds the roller drive on was missing i contacted Yeswelder right away and Ana helped me right away im very happy with the costumer service i have recived from Ana and Raymound and even with the little hickup I am very happy with the products so far

I've purchased a few welders from YesWelder and one of them was a CT2050. The internal compressor stopped working but it was after the warranty period... I reached out to YesWelder to see if I could source a new compressor... instead they sent me a whole new unit. I appreciated their customer service so much (thanks Raymond), I bought another YesWelder, the new DP200, which I just received this past weekend.
