Extremely happy with my bike!

I ordered the Yesoul bike after staring at millions of ads for around 4 weeks.. i’d seen some negative comments online which made me nervous but my fomo got the better of me and i went for it and hoped for the best. WELL! Firstly lets talk about the ordering and delivery.. So fast!! I ordered Thursday night, it was delivered Monday lunchtime. I didn’t receive any updates or notifications about delivery, it took me by surprise but luckily i was home. The delivery driver was great and brought it into the house for me. (I’m in the UK and i was not charged for delivery) The packaging: it’s ridiculously well packed. Tape and polystyrene keeping all the bits secure. There are alot of bits. I wanted mine in my spare room so I unpacked it all downstairs and took all the bits up a few at a time. The instructions are spot on! I really took my time, read it through, and didn’t rush. At first i thought there were screws and washers missing but realised they were already attached to the parts. The screws I was counting were just spares. It took me around an hour to build it, but i was on my own and did take it slow. Everything attached perfectly, everything feels solid and excellent quality. Then i turned it on.. It scared the living daylights out of me as it said ‘HELLO’ on full volume.. I was excited to get my phone connected. I’ve read a few comments about not being able to connect phones properly and screen share, but mine connected first go with no issues. I have an iphone 16 and used the black cable provided. You need to download the Yesoul app and create an account, but you don’t need a paid subscription to use the bike or screenshare YouTube or Netflix. I found a 30 minute workout on youtube and took it for a spin - and oh my goodness its fab!!! Massive screen, great sound. Perfect! I was sweaty within 10 minutes and got the hang of the resistance pretty quickly. The seat is very very comfy - moreso than gym bikes. I had read comments about wobbly seats and handles but i’ve had no issues. Its absolutely solid - no rocking or wobbling. I can only assume they haven’t adjusted the height properly and tightened the knobs enough. So if you’re thinking about getting it while its on offer - do it! I have the Speediance Gym Monster next to it for strength training and i doubt I’ll set foot in a gym again.

I'm two months in with my Yesoul G1M Plus Bike and loving it! So glad I chose it over Peloton after doing my research. Assembly was a breeze (under 30 minutes!), the ride is smooth, and the paid app with its personalized plans and motivating classes is totally worth it. The only suggestion is making it easier to screen mirror with your phone. I have a hard time trying to screen mirror when using the QR code on the bike, the website apparently doesn't work well in the US. If you're looking for an exercise bike, look no further!

The bike was So easy to put together, light weight but sturdy and plus size friendly. Really enjoying the YESOUL app and all the workouts. Really easy to connect phone and watch YouTube or Netflix while pedalling away

the yesoul treadmill is great, love the price and quality of the treadmill. the only issue is not a number for customer service, everything is through email

We ordered the Treadmill, the whole family enjoys it.Shipping was on time. Great product so far a few months in.

The ordering purchase was very easy. The website was user friendly and the sign up discount was worth it. I truly enjoy my treadmill, especially as a first time treadmill owner. People always say that a treadmill is not worth it, but YESOUL has changed the game with the 21” display; you can walk virtually anywhere in the world. I’ve never enjoyed walking as much as I do now.
