Received my bike and it was very easy to put together. I really enjoy the bike and for the price you can not beat it.

Company refusing to pay for affiliate services rendered. I have contacted this company and provided ample amount of documentation to receive zero response or the repeated "can you provide an order number" after numerous follow ups. Unethical business practices.

Was interested in buying a Yesoul bike, but after two weeks of trying to contact support for some answers to my questions i gave up and have taken my business elsewhere. Do not have LIVE chat on your website if it is unmanned. From the negative reviews i have also read it seems the 1 business day delivery to the UK is inaccruate too. Shame as the bike looks good but the service levels give off scam vibes.

My cycle arrived in a reasonable time frame. It has sturdy build and was easy to assemble. Overall I am enjoying my purchase. There are a few things I feel could be better, but for the price it’s great.

I was having some issues with connecting my bike with app and pairing it with my wifi. They helped me troubleshoot and walked me through step by step. This went on for weeks but they never gave up until it had the issue resolved. They even sent instructional videos to assist. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with their response and customer service. And the bike is absolutely amazing! Definitely will be purchasing more yesoul equipment! Highly Recommend!

Ordered a bike 10 days ago and they took my money. Now no tracking number or emails. I have emailed, have an open Facebook messenger chat and a chat open on there website for a few days with no support responses to any of my communication. At this point i just want a refund.

Expensive to use (subscription) and screencasting is a total nightmare. I just want to get on the bike and ride whilst watching something on the screen. I don't want to spend hours fighting the app every time I want to ride. Not rocket science. What a waste of money this bike was.

They gave me a military discount couldn't be more happy with the customer service haven't received the bike yet but looking forward to receiving it and will write a review on the quality
