No complaints!!
I ordered my bike 1/9/25 and received within a few days. At first I was concerned after reading multiple reviews about hooking up to sync with devices and issues with mirroring. I had trouble at first but it was my error. So far so good no issues with bike and no issues with mirroring. Obviously can’t watch Netflix or certain apps which I was not aware but that’s not a big deal. Usually watch bike riding on You tube for the scenery. It’s way cheaper than a Peleton and is fine for my usage. I ordered a seat with purchase but it was still not comfortable so ended up ordering one from Amazon which is way better. All in all id say the bike was worth it and so far no complaints.

I ordered the Yesoul G1M Max
I ordered the Yesoul G1M Max – high-performance indoor smart bike and I’ve been super happy with its quality, performance and durability. Compared to other offerings in this genre, the price was one I couldn’t ignore! Highly recommend to buy!

Ongoing saga
I have actually already completed a review however, as my saga continues I feel it is important to provide an update. I cancelled my order as per my last post. Now the debate with the company is argument over the refund which is around £25 less than what I actually paid. I will be raising a dispute with PayPal however this highlights the inability to trust that they company will manage everything correctly. Until they start advertising in sterling, I would highly recommend staying away as it will not be a positive experience. So angry at myself as if it is too good to be true, don't trust it.

Scammers! I ordered a bike through the website, no concerns or red flags there and once the order was placed I got a confirmation email. Then 3 weeks of nothing, I contacted them (through Facebook messager) and they demanded an additional payment for shipping to a remote location but I live on the mainland of the UK and the only way the payment could be made was through PayPal. I disputed the charge with my credit card straight away.

Says they deliver to Australia, Perth is a city in Australia yet you don’t deliver to it. Misleading company.

Not free UK delivery!!!
False advertisements. Not free UK delivery! Always 100$ deals renamed every couple months. Very slowly delivery and after two weeks will demand an additional delivery cost. Claimed my address is a remote location which is a complete lie as I am in the center of a mainland UK city. Don't waste your time on a bike from this company, spend your money wisely and elsewhere. Don't be fooled by 100$ offers, There is always 100$ off under different names, just google discount codes and you'll see all the older offers.

I’m very disappointed with my Yesoul S3…
I’m very disappointed with my Yesoul S3 after only 2 years of use. The resistance knob broke, and when I contacted support, they informed me that their factory no longer produces replacement parts. It’s unacceptable that I now have to throw away the entire bike and buy a new one just because of a small issue outside the warranty period. Buyers should know that if anything breaks on a Yesoul bike after the warranty, you’re left with no option but to discard it and start over. Poor support and lack of spare parts make this a risky purchase. Avoid unless you’re okay with this risk!

The Yesoul S3 was part of an earlier product line, and as our technology and designs evolve, some older models unfortunately become unsupported due to changes in production and component availability.
