My purchase process was superbly handled by Olliver of Yes Hearing. After shopping locally and at Costco, I decided on Oticon Opn hearing aids. I was reluctant to buy online but once I realized the fitting and CS would be handled by reputable audiologists at Family Hearing, my confidence in Yes Hearing was elevated and concerns diminished. Although I had to drive an hour for fitting the savings was well worth the drive. Although I continue to be troubled with feedback in one ear, Yes Hearing and Family hearing are trying hard to improve comfort in that ear. My Oticon Aids have significantly improved my hearing and comfort for my family. I particularly like the TV sound adapter and cell phone control feature of Opn. I have recommended Yes to several friends and they too are are highly satisfied. I would highly recommend Yes Hearing and Oticon Hearing Aids.

The attention they have given me and the significantly reduced cost of on-line purchase has been a great benefit to an older couple on only Soc Sec income. Yes Hearing has made a HUGE difference in my life! I got my hearing back with their great service and assistance! Answered all my questions and then some! I highly recommend Yes Hearing!! I purchased an elderly friend of mine hearing aids a few months ago and Yes Hearing made the process seamless!
