I purchased my hearing aids on a trial basis a month ago from Yes Hearing and am extremely satisfied. I was apprehensive about purchasing them on line but was impressed and pleased with their representatives and their willingness to to meet my needs. They arranged for a very competent and experienced local audiologist to monitor and adjust the hearing aids to my satisfaction. And I can continue to reach out to Yes Hearing if I have any issues.

The hearing aids were purchased . The contact via phone with Yes hearing was excellent. The aids came with the Hearing aid audiologist. Legna spent a morning introducing me to the Phonak Paradise series 90 rechargeable aids. We had to get the password for the remote service worked on by another specialist via phone which was resolved. I was having an issue with the tap on the aid to answer the phone . Luke had me FaceTime to watch how I was tapping. That showed him what I was doing wrong and resolved the answering issue on phone calls. This is a great feature along with being able to steam from the phone or any device that can pair. The road noise is reduced a lot by the noise features on the aids . You hear everything in the vehicle without having to turn your head to watch them talk. Background noise is greatly reduced in the restaurant mode also. Rechargeable is the way to go. Used to change batteries every 3-4 days. You get a 45 day grace period. The online ability to check your aids and adjust them is the way to go. These are the best ...

Extremely satisfied. Yes hearing exceeded my expectations regarding their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. My hearing aids encountered a problem with the blue tooth function. YES worked with me in getting a replacement pair from the manufacturer and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the hearing aids I received. Their price is unbeatable, so is their customer service. I would strongly recommend YES.
