I purchased my hearing aid with “ yes hearing” the price was $2,000 less than the asking price of others hearing aid places. The audiologist that came to my house was super professional. In my case I knew the model I wanted it was Oticon mini rite which I returned when I found out on line that I can Get the same model for less. I don’t want to sound like a sales man but I keep recommending it to anybody who is mentioning an hearing aid. The Bluetooth Detail is a life changing event, I listen to audio books all day.

Yes Hearing was excellent as they came to my residence and took the hearing test and then adjusted the new Phonax hearing aids. I am very pleased with their service and follow up.

From the moment I ordered my new hearing aids, this company was/is amazing !! I ordered wireless hearing aids top of the line. The hearing aid molds are smaller, which is nice. The tubing doesn’t exist with the product I brought. It’s a wire tubing. I’m so pleased my inner ear doesn’t get wax built up. I’m extremely happy and couldn’t have made a better choice if there’s another company out there. The middle man is out of the picture !! I was going to be charged over $ 7000. had I gone with who I had originally in 2008. For all these years, I couldn’t afford new hearing aids. I will continue to have a relationship with this company !! Again an amazing company !!!

I can't hear with the second pair of earmolds. Went to a birthday party in a not too busy restaurant and very unhappy with quality of sound. I would have had a hard pair, however, the appointment was missed because I could not hear the knock on the door....said they could hear the TV. I am kind of depressed.

All good. I have some issues like note going to Bluetooth for phone calls even after taps and listening to audiobooks. Overall very pleased. I hope you keep your promise about being available remotely. My rep is supposed to be looking into parts for old aids. Looking forward to his help.
