The best customer service and expertise I have experienced! And I have dealt with many hearing aid providers in 31 years! Oliver, Mindy, Hailey and Legna are the perfectionists! They have always been there to help and make sure that nothing is missed in order to achieve the highest hearing aid performance.... My experience from the first phone call with Lathan, Yes Hearing went very well. I purchased Oticon More 1. Knew what I needed before the first phone call. Lathan was very easy to work with. I needed it in a rush and everything meshed perfectly, Amanda Brody the Audiologist that came to the house to set me up was absolutely fantastic!!’ The whole experience and the price has been marvelous!!!

Updated review. Unfortunately, I encounted some issues with my hearing aid. None of the issues were the fault of Yes Hearing. The team took amazing care of me and routinely followed up with me to update me on status and to make sure I understood the process. I stand by my original statement that Yes Hearing is a fantastic company with a customer focused culture that will stand by their customers who run into issues with their hearing aids. — original review — I am very happy with Yes Hearing. The entire process was very simple. Yes Hearing's professionals were responsive and incredibly helpful throughout. The audiologist that visited me in my home did an amazing job of assessing my hearing loss and getting the new hearing aids configured for my specific hearing challenges. I've had the new devices for two weeks and so far, I haven't noticed a single thing that needs to be adjusted. I would happily recommend Yes Hearing to my family and friends. They also saved me a considerable amount of money. If you are hesitant (as was I) to purchase hearing devices on line, just do it. This company is beyond great.
