Background on my 5 Star rating of Yes Hearing 09-30-21 I am 84 years old and somewhat comfortable with computer and internet. I have Sever hearing loss requiring a high-tech hearing aid. I decided to give them a try. All the people I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My hearing aids were received and set up locally. Going forward, I do not need to do anything locally. I can make no cost virtual appointments as needed with Yes-Hearings Audiologist Dr Padgett. It’s a simple process and she can make all adjustments and fine tuning without leaving my home. The initial fit for the Oticon hearing aids was cumbersome. I traveled 45 minutes for my appointment only to find the hearing aids were not there. I had to return the next day. The person fitting me seemed confused how to set them up. My follow up visit (a different person) on the phone was very good. I was asked what issues I had and the person worked to resolve.
