The Hearing aid work well and my audiologist Sherry is Great.

I am very happy with the Starkey hearing aids that I received from Yes Hearing. These aids handle crowd, restaurant, and wind situations much better than my previous aids. Yes Hearing and my contact person, Leyla, patiently answered all my questions and promptly delivered the new aids. I want to put in a kind word to audiologist Tina who remotely fit and adjusted my aids. Tina took the time to be sure the final adjustments were the best possible for my hearing. It was greatly appreciated. I also want to say thanks to Yes Hearing for having their call center in the USA. Anybody with hearing impairment knows how hard it is to understand foreign accents. The staff I worked with at Yes Hearing were skilled and professional and represented their company well.

The free trial wasn't free! I am concerned that others may find, as I did, that the company does not advise of hidden charges. When I determined the hearing aids were not for me, I was told there would be a restocking charge. I was told by three different employees at Yes hearing, three different charges, and resons for the charges. I am still waiting for the sales director to send me proof of my signature on this " agreement "

I love my hearing aids, big improvement over my old ones and David (the person who helped fit and adjust my hearing aids was wonderful

Yes Hearing did NOT send anyone to my home for a hearing test and fitting. I have been having problems with the hearing aids and they now claim they do not have loaners, despite telling me they did before delivery. I received NO manual or instructions at all. They have no one here who can service them and want me to send them back to New Jersey. (from Iowa) The period of time was mentioned to be 3-5 days, then 5-7 days and the paper work says if you don't hear anything after 14 days to call them. They wanted me to purchase a set of over-the-counter aids to use while mine are away. I have received unacceptable service and the situation has not yet been resolved. (6/21/23)

It was a simple to get fitted for the hearing aids. That and saving 60% over the same brand of hearing aids it’s no brainer

So easy and I never had to leave my home! I highly recommend and saved a lot of money too! Everyone was so nice and made the process so simple. I love being able to hear better and glad I chose Yes Hearing.
