All I can say is buyer beware! Today they made an error in ordering, I am sending some glasses back because of their size, I picked out another pair and " freedom progressive lens" was included in my order. I wanted to make sure I had the return information before I pushed buy on the replacement glasses that included progressive.the chat person noticed the mistake and put me on hold. All of a sudden my order was changed without my permission electronically. They were trying to get some more money out of me for THEIR error! I had proofs that the progressive lens was included, the chat person even highlighted it to let me know it was included. I have a bunch of chst were I constantly ask , "is the progressive lens include in the order. FOLKS they are as petty as you can get. They kept asking me if I wanted to cancel everything, They just wanted ti get rid of me. BUYER BEWARE! They have a lot of fancy footwork!

1) I don't appreciate it when a company won't specify where they ship from and in the case of Yesglasses, a Chinese company, they won't tell you if your glasses will ship from China, from the USA, or somewhere else. I don't actually care about them being a Chinese company but I do care about where something like fragile eyeglasses are going to ship from. If they're shipping from the other side of the world then obviously it will take longer to arrive and there's a higher risk of damage. Yet neither in their FAQ nor the Shipping help section do they tell you where they ship from. 2) After purchase, I started receiving spam survey request emails from marketing companies asking me to rate my Yesglasses purchase. I did NOT give them permission to share my private contact information with other companies and I consider this a serious violation of customer trust and it is entirely unacceptable. In fact, it is what motivated to write this review and warn others.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses, they were made incorrectly, and made me dizzy when wearing. I asked for them to honor their 365 gaurantee and they replaced them but still were not made to my Rx, I asked for a refund or replacement and they wanted to charge me an additional $192 to replace the pairs I had already paid for. I've been going back and forth with them for months to get my money back or my proper Rx. DO NOT USE, total scam.

Avoid at all costs. This is a Chinese company masquerading as a US company. Address is listed as: 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, 19702, Newark, United States. This location is a false address used by many Chinese companies when their actual offices and factories are in China. Just check it on Google maps and you will see. Very disappointed I ordered this very cheap overpriced item without doing my research first. If this was a legitimate business, why would they hide who they really are?

Extremely slow - if you don’t want the new pair of glasses for 2-3 months then go for it Never pay for expedited shipping. There’s nothing expedited about this company

I was 2 days away from asking for a refund as it took 22 days. Then they wrote back and told me there were delays with shipping. The next day it said it got shipped out so I waited. And I may have a new favorite pairs. I ordered a square pair and a pair of aviators. I'd only ever heard of this glasses company this year, but I always like to try new things of things that I know I already need. Honestly, the reviews online were mixed, but there were more positive than negative reviews about the customer service via Reddit comments so I gave the company a chance.

Take forever to get here. Idk why it took 7 days just for process for normal lens.

Be careful ❌⛔️ Before Order . I didn’t Receive My Glasses. Even on There end It shows It shipped. I ordered On Jan-14-2025 . Today Jan -27-2025 . They are using Usps platform And From last 7 Days It shows . [ your Parcel On Moving From Taxes to Chicago] please pay them for delivery or Either Order somewhere else . I even not got Optional To pay for Fast service . I don’t know How they got there 5 stars Review. There is Other peole Who gave 1 , 2 stars which i can’t see why They left that .
