I really like this place. I tried 4 different places for prescription sunglasses. I know this place doesn't offer designer frames but they're actually one of my favorite pairs. I ended up ordering more because they're cheaper than all the other places I tried and I really liked the look. They were delivered pretty fast. I ordered and got mine in about a week and a half. Im still waiting for my glasses from SafetyGearPro.com and I oordered them on the first of the month. They were a lot more expensive. So at this point, I'm using Yesglasses. I tend to lose sunglasses. I like to have a couple pairs. I'm new to needing prescription glasses. I found out fast that they can be expensive.

Ordering my glasses was extremely easy on my phone, simple and quick and great! Love my glasses, bought 3 pairs!!

Well, two pairs of glasses and both are awful. I tried to leave an honest review and because it would have been the only two stars for both pair they would not post my review. First pair supposedly titanium frames broke the on the second day. They exchanged them for a different pair but unfortunately, they are very heavy frames that stretch ridiculously wide and extremely poor quality lenses. My opthalmologist checked the progressive lense and the script was off. Customer service was quick to respond but no agreeable compromise. I'm out a substantial amount of money and I had to go elsewhere for my glasses in person. When you see only five stars,on the site be careful. It's a shame because the site is very user friendly but the quality is unbelievably poor. I purchased another pair Ray-Ban progressive transition glasses from the Ray-Ban site and it's night and day.

Those folks are prompt, courteous and very effective, A great team!

I don't understand the bad reviews. The glasses are perfect and sent pretty fast. Yes they come from Chona but who cares, it came fast and perfect condition. Highly recommended.

The glass are comfortable really light and you can see very clear compared to other places, and the shipping is pretty quick 👌. I'm definitely ordering another pair. I give you guys infinity stars 🌟 🤩

I am updating my initial 1 star review on 16Jun (ordered 7May). Although my experience with Yesglasses has been frustrating and not ideal, I give a lot of credit to their responsive customer service who made things right — I received my glasses June 30th and customer support generously gave refunded me a portion of my purchase as a mea culpa. For all the frustrations I experienced great customer service. Overall the product I ordered was exactly as described, the frames are solid & feel durable, and the prescription elements correctly made to order. They came in what feels like a durable, higher-end case with the usual micro-cloth. I think the product is solid, but it seems perhaps the manufacturing » shipping process isn't as tuned-in as it should be. For example, when it appeared I wouldn't receive my order, I ordered a similar set of glasses from a competitor on June 7th, which I received June 19th. (Background) I originally ordered on May 7th and shortly after received a shipping notice. After a couple of weeks without any updates I checked with support who informed me that the label had been created but the package was not picked up by USPS, but it would be shipping soon. Waiting a couple more weeks (June 10th) there were still no updates with zero indication anything had been shipped. I reached back out to support, and without a clear answer I gave my 1-star review here on TrustPilot. Yesglasses reached back out June 19 to affirm they were shipping a new pair out immediately, giving me a new shipping label, and which was delivered June 30th.

Absolute scam. Do yourself a favor and don't order. Two pairs of glasses came beyond stretched like these wouldn't fit a huge man's head and the reader magnification I ordered was not even close to the correct strength. The "glass" is cheap the hinges are cheap and as readers they have extremely weak magnification. Just TRY to return them and they are so SHADY!!! Impossible scam company kiss your money goodbye
