Love the frames, as this is the third identical frame; you didnt have the grey, so had to get the green. Green is too green and had to have lenses moved to my old frames. Not sure progressive made correctly. I bought another pair from someone else, and their script is much clearer on one of the eyes.

I can’t wear the glasses. The lenses are distorted. The frames are adorable, but the glass is no good.

Glasses are fine, but in today's world, 10 days from order to delivery is very slow - I can order something from Home Depot and it will be at my house within a day or two. I ordered standard reading glasses on a Wednesday and it took until the following Monday to have a shipping label made - and they just arrived today (Friday). Unless they actually manufactured the glasses from scratch, I don't get it: order comes in online, someone goes to bin to grab the glasses, and then ship them out! (But no problem getting an email out to me asking to review my glasses days before the glasses arrived.) On the positive side, I eventually forgot all about the order, and when the glasses game I was pleasantly surprised....so there's that....

I love the look of the glasses but they slide down so much. I don’t know if it’s from the arms being pretty straight or the bridge not making contact with my nose.

I hate my glasses, but love the service! The orange tint is too dark…I wish some would have asked me if I was sure I wanted the tint that dark…

I received a number of messages asking me how I was going to use my glasses. I found that completely bazaar and invasive.

I really like the glasses and they fit well. It is very hard to find glasses for those with small features. Unfortunately, I can’t see out of them and due to the weather and length of time that shipping took I did not have very long in which to decide whether to return them or not. I have worn progressives for over 20 years, so please do not imply that there is a learning curve. I see double vision whenever I put them on which has not gone away. I will probably give the frames away. So sad that it didn’t work out.

The glasses are serviceable for the money spent if they fit and the frame is not rickety. The customer service is horrible. I had two pairs of eyeglasses I could not wear - poor lenses and weak frame that kept bending out of shape. I can't get customer service on the phone. I've bought five pairs!
