Yes glasses I have been using for over 5 years and they have always been great and professional to deal with. Recently I had to ask that they correct a pair of glasses for intermediate reading that weren’t correct and this they did perfectly. Their customer service, quality for their products and speed of service is top.

From the start, my experience with this company has been great. They kept me informed of the status of my order at every stage along the way. When I wrote them about a problem I had with the tint of the glasses that arrived, they right away replaced them with a tint that was better for my eyes at no expense to me. This is a great company, with a top-notch product line and great customer service and support. I appreciate everything they did to provide me the right order.

Bought the Mississauga Amber sunglasses for men. They arrived quite quickly, within 10 days of purchase! Unfortunately they did not fit me as they were too small. To prescription lenses were perfectly made for my indicated eyesight. The frame is made of slightly less expensive material and feels quite light. What I must say is that they have an amazing support team that offered me a full refund without having to send back the glasses! I would recommend YesGlasses to anyone who is looking for a cheaper prescription sunglasses alternative.

I placed an order with Yesglasses on May 17, 2025. After almost two weeks, the USPS tracking still shows “label created – awaiting item.” The company insists it was handed to USPS, but there’s been no scan or proof that USPS has the package. I’ve contacted Yesglasses multiple times and keep getting the same vague answers, with no real help. Their customer service is polite but useless. They can’t confirm where my order is, and now they’ve stopped answering calls. This is the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. I would NOT recommend Yesglasses to anyone until they prove they can ship on time and resolve lost packages. disappointed.

Five stars for great customer service, even after I had my glasses for a week and needed to return them. I got an immediate response, and they went all the way in communicating their steps to make it right. This was my second purchase from Yesglasses, the first of which was a pair of prescription sunglasses that have gotten multitudes of compliments when I'm out and about-- clear/grey frames with purple lenses. They rock. I've checked out other sites. This made it easy for me, and I recommend purchasing your glasses here.

If i could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My glasses never made it to the house. They were returned to sender due to yesglasses shipping to wrong address. Not only did yesglasses not refund my money but they told me to take it up with the post office. And it took over two weeks for them to ship. Trash company.

I placed my order for two pairs (BOGOF) on a Saturday. they arrived via FedEX nine days later. Great frames, prescription as requested. Can't really fault the experience, especially having read so many negative reviews which had me worried prior to delivery.
