Just received my first order from these people. Completely the wrong lens fitted - did they use my prescription I sent ?! Can't see a thing out of them, what a joke !

This company is not AT ALL good. They send all these supposedly polite emails but refuse to take responsibility for their subpar work. I ordered nice glasses...two pairs. One was transition lenses. They don't refund transition lenses. So the pair that was refundable was perfect. The pair that was not refundable was extremely poor quality and did not fit at all correctly. The glasses kept falling off my face. They refused to take responsibility for their horrible craftsmanship. Then try to offer me a 25 % discount to buy more glasses from them. I will NEVER order glasses from them again. They are crooks.

I just received my first pair of glasses from yesglasses today. I am so happy with my purchase. They fit perfectly! The ability to take a picture and see the frames on your face before you buy is extremely helpful. This is my first time buying frames online and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. The only issue I felt could be addressed is the shipping info. Mine wasn't showing shipped, so imagine my surprise when I received them in the mail. I really have no complaints other than that.

I tried to cancel an order the day after it was made because the amount I paid was not the same as the bill on the checkout page. It was about 30$ more than what their receipt said (not sure why, maybe they didn't update the final USD$ amount to CAD$ so people are tricked into paying the wrong price so they can maximize their profits?). Well, it took more than a week to have it canceled because the order was already in treatment or whatever. They offered me at least 5 different deals when I specified several times that I just. wanted. to. cancel. the. order. When that was finally settled....they refunded me the wrong amount! Go shop somewhere else.

Very Low Quality. Pictures are nothing like the product you recieve. Absolute deception. Glasses I recieved were not worth 5 dollars. Keep your money

getting no answers. so better not buy if you got something bad you are own your own.i have sent 12 emails with no answer. very bad customer services and items.

Sent me single focus lenses instead of bifocals. Customer Service was rude. Guy put me on infinite hold, then disconnected, the oldest trick in the call center book. Good glasses, bad staff.

Always great and easy experience. I love buying from YesGlasses! The prices are so amazing for the good quality. No hidden fees and 1.61 high index lenses with all coatings included. I won't go anywhere else!
