These glasses arrived quickly, but are very cheaply made and are of poor quality. The arms are loose. I tried to tighten them up but it made no difference. They won’t last long! Not value for money at all!

I loved my glasses but after a year they started do breakdown in material on both lenses. Very odd. I wish I could upload a picture.

Well, two pairs of glasses and both are awful. I tried to leave an honest review and because it would have been the only two stars for both pair they would not post my review. First pair supposedly titanium frames broke the on the second day. They exchanged them for a different pair but unfortunately, they are very heavy frames that stretch ridiculously wide and extremely poor quality lenses. My opthalmologist checked the progressive lense and the script was off. Customer service was quick to respond but no agreeable compromise. I'm out a substantial amount of money and I had to go elsewhere for my glasses in person. When you see only five stars,on the site be careful. It's a shame because the site is very user friendly but the quality is unbelievably poor. I purchased another pair Ray-Ban progressive transition glasses from the Ray-Ban site and it's night and day.

My glasses that started at $49 ended up at $300 US Made up. That is ridiculous!

Sent me single focus lenses instead of bifocals. Customer Service was rude. Guy put me on infinite hold, then disconnected, the oldest trick in the call center book. Good glasses, bad staff.
