It's almost impossible to get anyone by phone or DM. NOT EVEN AN AI CHATBOT. I deeply regret ordering from them. They post their location is in NJ. In the northeastern US, they would be held to a certain level of quality and service. I can only assume they are some sweatshop in China. I don't even wear prescription lenses- I just ordered a pair of blue-light filter lenses to help with eye fatigue. After reading other peoples' posts, I will DEFINITELY take take the glasses to a local optometry shop to find out if the lenses even have a UV light filter.

Horrible experience. I normally don't write a review unless the service has been absolutely awful. Yesglasses has my money and my merch and after repeated attempts to get my money or my merchandise I still have neither. They sent it to the wrong address and are blaming me for it but the item was magically returned to them and they refuse to reship it. their customer service is absolutely awful and useless. This is a $69 par of glasses not the most expensive pair I have ever bought but I should not have to call them repeatedly. after waiting 2 week for the delivery, it never came. now were in day 4 of me waiting after I was told they would give me an answer in a day or two.

The customer service is horrible and for that reason, I will not order any of their beautiful eyewear.

Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. Double check the prescription. Everything was correct but when my glasses arrived, the prescription was horribly wrong to the point where if I put the glasses on for more than a minute I get violently nauseated. Tried reaching out through their customer service email three times, no response. Tried calling their 844 customer service number, never got a person. In fact, their customer service number does not even label itself as being YesGlasses, just a vague automated “hello you’re being put on hold.” This is looking more and more like a scam; would not recommend.

Customer service phone number is useless, tried three times and each time it rang a few times and went silent. Online and email support is not very quick to respond. Bought a two different pair in July 2026, was happy with them and wanted to get two more with the advertised bogo deal. Went to check out and the bogo code that was showing on the website did not work and they won't honor it. Lost a customer.

Buyer be aware they don’t own up to any mistakes made to your glasses. They give you the runaround. The tint on my glasses were made very obviously uneven. Still waiting for a refund been a month of back and forth. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company because it will be at your expense & time. Be careful. Reviews are everything when it comes to online buying. Try Zeelool Glasses or any other online reputable company. This is my 1st review and I really wish this company would have been more forthright and trustworthy.

Sent YesGlasses my new eyeglass prescription for a pair of prescription sunglasses. Received the glasses in 7 days and they were blurry. Took the YesGlasses to local third party optical shop who read the prescription and found large errors. Told YesGlasses who were reluctant to make me a correct pair-they offered to make me a non-prescription pair which was unacceptable as I use them for driving. They did make me a second pair which also were blurry. I asked for a full refund and they ghosted me. I contacted my credit card issuer and put the transaction into dispute. I suspect these glasses are made overseas as they had no idea what ANSI industry standards Z80.1 which governs prescription optical labs even was. These are the American industry standards that dictate how much variance is allowed by optical labs when they make your prescription. Both pairs of mine were way outside standard allowable tolerances. Buyer Beware!

I ordered a pair of oversized, eyeglasses, and sent in my prescription. When I receive them back, I would have to move the glasses all the way to the end of my nose to see far and then hold my glasses up above my nose a bit to see close-up I have contacted them multiple times and I have not had a solution to the glasses that ultimately end up costing you $300 or more after you put in all the add-ons. This was the first time I tried this online. I would not recommend it to anyone else. I regret not going to my doctors office and purchasing them from my eye doctor in the first place. I went there with these glasses and they said this size oversized frame cannot be used with the Progressive prescription that I have that it does not work properly with this size lens. I was never informed of that with yesglasses but instead of giving me a refund, they sent me a piece of plastic to put on my nose to rest my glasses on. This is not satisfactory to me and their refund policy is bogus..
