Regarding the delivery experience, you are right that customers should have clearer information when a product is backordered. For the product experience you described, we understand that frequent app/GPS connection drops can make mapping a large property extremely frustrating, especially when the process requires repeating previous steps. For mapping issues caused by GPS interruptions, adjusting the drawing travel distance in the PPVS settings may help in some situations, but we also recognize that overall stability and reliability are critical areas where we need to continue improving.
