Absolutely no response, no updates, I don’t even understand why these people are in business. I would give it zero stars if I could.

As someone said in their review, I wish there was a zero. This company is poor. I have a camera on my porch. The company listed a package was delivered at 11:29 AM. My car was in the driveway and I was home. 20 minutes after the listed delivery time I went outside no package to be found. I did get a picture from the seller showing what looked like an AI image of the package. It was a picture of my porch with the package place there, but it looked AI generated. Worst Company ever I believe the driver stole my package.

Apparently they don't know how to read! We have a plastic delivery box on our porch with big black letters that say to leave ALL deliveries in the box. T hey left it ON TOP of the box instead.. and IN THE RAIN. That box is there for v that reason and to prevent b porch theft. It would be nice if the delivery drivers followed instructions. This company and GOFO are the worst!

Horrible! Inaccurate tracking, said a package was delivered and it wasn’t. Incredibaly, the customer is allowed to change whether a package was delivered or not in the app… speaks volumes about their reliability. Never updated who would actually do the final delivery. Delivered by unknown service by chucking it up on the landing in front of my door undetected by my Ring camera… same one that had no problem seeing me when i went out to get it.

They lost my package. They delivered it somewhere that wasn’t my home and had the audacity to tell me to “check my surveillance camera”. Imaginary delivery footage of a delivery that never reached my door which is the whole problem. If you see this company handling your deliveries, BE WARNED!

I recently ordered and Unfortunately, the company YANWEN that was used for delivery, DID NOT PROPERLY place a notification OF DELIVERY. Because I DID NOT KNOW (from checking the UPDATES for that day), The package was left at my door WHEN I WAS NOT THERE to received it. I live in A LARGE UNSECURE APARTMENT BUILDING. There is A SAD AMOUNT OF THIEVERY that occurs when packages are left at the door. I've HAD TWO OTHER DELIVERIES GO MISSING from this SAME company YANWEN. The first package was delivered to my door at 11:43pm AT NIGHT ! The next package, was delivered and put in front of the mailboxes and not at MY DOOR. This last package, was delivered and left at my door, on the day that I checked and it showed NO DELIVERY for that day. Forget about CUSTOMER SERVICE. this company only uses AI Automate. Which means, your situation will not get resolved.

Cleverly person ( young girl) left package near street not on porch. I have picture of where it was left. If I hadn't seen her do it not sure if I woukd of found it.

Worst carrier I've ever had to deal with. Package was never delivered, and their customer service feign stupidity when I reached out to sort out the problem. I've asked them repeatedly who their local (USA) partner is to phone and sort things out myself, but they simply ignore my questions.
