Driver that served ann arbor mi threw the my package at my sister's car after being 10 day late from the delivery date and then when I contacted then I was told I was a liar and that I'm wrong that their drivers never do that but my sister was on the porch when he did it. He needs to be fired and no longer allowed to work for any delivery company.

Only giving a one as it wont let me give a zero for this delivery service. Delivery driver roared into my driveway, opened his car door stood from the car hauled off and threw my package across the yard. When i ran out to confront him he tore out of the driveway ignoring my yells for him to stop. I certainly hope he gets the day he earned.

The delivery was horrible. The delivery driver drove into our yard to turn around instead of backing out of the driveway. He left ruts in our yard, as it had been raining all day. He also threw my package on the porch. Very unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could.

They couldn't even be bothered to open my front gate and instead just placed it on top of my gate awkwardly balancing it there.. very in view for anyone who walks by my house. I live in a pretty dodgy area so I am lucky that it wasn't stolen and that I was home. If you want a reputable delivery service, maybe hire people that care about customer service. The Yanwen express tracking website also has not updated that it's been delivered. So please keep a look out for your package and don't rely on their website.

Warning: Driver misdelivered my package and support refused to help. My package was marked as delivered, but Yanwen's own driver photo proves it was left at the wrong business. The driver ignored the suite number on the label and dropped it at a different company instead of the correct address. Both businesses confirmed in writing that they do not have the package. The intended recipient never received it, and the wrong recipient checked their system and confirmed it's not there. When I contacted Yanwen support, I received an automated, cookie-cutter response (with literal "XXX" placeholders for the address). They refused to correct the driver's error and told me to "collect the package myself." but I can't because I don't live at that address and I'm outside of the country. The package is now lost due to their driver's negligence. Avoid using Yanwen if you value your shipments. Their support is automated and unwilling to take responsibility for their own delivery errors.

They threw my parcel over a 7 ft fence where I had trouble finding it after seeing it was delivered 7 hours ago. I had to go to my CCTV to find it. After opening the parcel I seen it had broke due to the careless driver throwing it over the fence!

I had a package that was left on the back of my car in the garage. If the driver could go into my garage to leave a package in my garage, they caould have left it on the porch (beside the garage) or on the sidewalk. My daughter drove off with the package on the trunk without ralizing it (cars have back up cameras, so some people don't look in the rearview mirror). When I commented to Yan Wen about this, they stated that "According to our regulations, this location is an acceptable place for delivery. .If you need to add the house number, access code, business hours or other delivery instructions for your next order" which is a none answer. Maybe they should have just left it under the rear tires so that It could have gotten run over quicker instaed of getting run over in the street creating litter. Even though this is their flawed policy, they did not offer to compensate me for the package that was damaged because of their negligence.
