Shitty company—they take as long as they want, and their tracking system misleads you the whole time. Medicines sit in the delivery truck for 12 or 14 hours at 90 degrees.

I would give this negative stars if possible. I ordered a product that claimed to be made in the USA, but instead it was a shell company in London that sources the work to China. I did not know this was the case until I got the tracking number for it. It arrived within a reasonable window into the US, but the moment it got here, thats when the trouble started. The in the states company in Doral, FL is a warehouse that sends their people out to deliver the packages. First, my package said it got from Miami to Hudson within hours (not possible because Miami is well over 8 hours away from me). Then my package said it was in Hudson and out for delivery... for over a week. They supposedly attempted a delivery, but claimed that it could not be delieverd "because the business was closed". Clearly my address was a residential address, but they did not deliver at all. When trying to reach out to this company, expect responses after several days, and in the middle of the night (odd because I thought they were in the states). Turns out there is no way to contact the in state carrier, you have have to contact Yanwen's China customer service so they can reach out to their people. After emailing all pertinent information about how to deliever the package with several options available for delivering the package by any means possible, several more days went on without a peep from them, then all of a sudden my package is lost. What it really boiled down to is they couldn't figure out how to get to my house, and instead of working with me to deliver the package, it was easier to say its lost. This company is highly incompetent and not worthy to call themselves a trusted logistics company. By all means you should avoid dealing with this company. Basically after waiting several weeks, the verdict being they lost my package is unacceptable.

It pains me to even give this company even 1 star! We have an access code to our building and instead of using the intercom to get access, the driver just left. I gave them the access code that very day. They assured me it will be redelivered in 1-3 days. Today is the 5th day and they keep saying the same thing. They have been holding my 2 packages and not attempting to redeliver. I have called the retailer and told them to ban them from my profile. Seeing their reviews, I know I am not the only one. This company should not be in business. Please call the retailer and tell them not to use this company. They have no customer service and take no responsibility.

Just don't use them. They stated that they had attempted to deliver but had no access. Its a house with no gate, so im not sure if they wanted access to my living room to deliver the package. I got a hold of an actual human after 1 month which they then told me that my package was lost.

Totally unresponsive to inquiries about why my package is just sitting in a warehouse, and has been there for 6 days. It is in my city, but I cannot get tiktok or the seller or the carrier to help. This evening I look at the tracking and it says: delivery attempted. Could not deliver due to invalid address. This is the same address they have delivered stuff to many times. These International carriers are incompetent.

Driver was lazy and ignored multiple signs for package placement. Didn’t even ring doorbell. Their customer service person initially used boilerplate cut and paste and didn’t take the time to read my messages first. I have no idea how this company stays in business.

My package was delivered to the entirely wrong address (which their photo confirms) and my package was therefore stolen. I have another package out for delivery with this same company and there is no way for me to contact anyone to ensure correct delivery.

Scam yanwen shipping service items never arrive. This business should be shut down.
