I received melted discolored chocolate pistachios from Japan and they only refunded me for 2 of the 7 packages with a coupon for future purchase that I will never use. Poor quality and customer service

Purchased a BA Pola day selector. Received a fake one. Since I have been using this product for 4 years, i know how the smell and consistency of the cream is. The customer service insisted on it's authentic and how it's very a trusted merchant. All I know is that what I receive ain't a real one. Not even close. After going back and forth, the agent said that I can return it if it's unopened and unsed. How would I be able to tell if it's a fake product if I didn't open it?! What a bunch of BS

They do not have free return policy. Be careful. They will ask you a reason for return and ask you to pay for the shipping fee. Ver unpleasant experience.

Have to be very careful on what you are purchasing. No way to return. Give zero "0" for customer service.
