Great trip that covered the Holy Land and delivered a meaningful experience that will be remembered for a life time. Our tour guide and bus driver were the best in the business. This is a bucket list trip.

While everything weren't all that bad, we wish that all the hotels were a little better. Food at the last hotel we stayed in Jerusalem has far better selections of food with great service compare to the rest. The Leonardo Hotel is anything but a 4.5 stars hotel. I will not even give it a 3.5. Maybe a 3 or 2.5 at best.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience in Israel. We value your feedback. The declining standards of the Leonardo Plaza in Tiberias are being addressed with our office in Israel and the hotel management. In fact, the owner of Ya'lla Tours is traveling to Israel next week to review all of the hotels we use in our tours. If necessary, we will stop using this property, and any other that does not meet our standards. In general, hotels in Israel are in need of renovation, although prices and official ratings often do not reflect this. It's an on-going problem. Nevertheless, we are sorry you were disappointed in your accommodations.

Yuval Russ, our guide and driver, made this first trip to Israel most enjoyable. His knowledge of his country from an historic standpoint and his ability to communicate that was fantastic. The selection of our hotels was top notch. Ya'lla Tours is a company I would endorse enthusiastically.
