My clients used Ya'lla in Havana for a shore excursion on a recent cruise. They were thrilled with the guide and the arrangements for their private tour. From my standpoint, as a travel agent making the reservation for them, I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to customize the tours for my clients so they could make the most of their short time in Cuba. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Teri McCullough did a fabulous job taking care of my family of clients traveling to Dubai for New Year's Eve! She helped me through some difficulties when I was evacuated by the hurricane, and she interacted professionally and helpfully with the clients, who also have a language barrier. I am grateful for Teri's expertise, where I had none! Thank you again, Teri--it was a sincere pleasure. Nancy Rabold Avoya Travel/American Express

I was very satisfied with the travel and tour arrangements, accommodations, etc. However, my overall raring of only 3 stars is due to significant, ongoing and yet unresolved issues related to the travel insurance that I bought for my son. I would be happy to discuss this matter with you further. EB.

The couple I booked for Cuba - were coming off an Azamara Cruise. The Husband has serious MS and has mobility issues. The Guide was a woman by the name of Claudia (pronounced--cloud-ee-a). She spent each Day with my clients - talking about the days activities and how best to handle his mobility issues. They worked together, the best way for her husband to see as much of Cuba as was Possible. Y'alla is an exceptional - On Location Supplier with top notch Guides. Thank you Y'alla !

Had an excellent trip, though hectic. Too many historical places to see in Israel. Eight days in nowhere near enough. Our guide was excellent, knew his history and Scriptures well and was able to add significance and insight to each of the sites we visited. Rooms and Meals were more than adequate.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Ya'lla Tours in Israel. It's true that there's is a lot to see and do. Most of us at Ya'lla have toured Israel multiple times and still not seen all the sites.
