I am on a plane on my way home from Magical Israel Tour, I was shocked to learn that Y’Alla Tours gave my tour to a Consolidated Tour Company without telling me. The van that I was picked up in was old and the driver was my guide. I should have had a nice comfortable van with a driver and guide. We were unable to go to Carmel Market because driver/guide could not find a parking spot. That should never have been for the amount of money we paid. Our driver from Eilat to the airport had my husband sitting in front with someone else’s luggage on his lap. Tzefat our driver/guide would not let us spend extra time because it was Shabbos, The kibbutz supposedly was to have activities. They had nothing it was boring, The sightseeing was great.

Israel tour was mis represented. Far too much walking and stairs for older people. Really took all the fun out of it.

Guide, greeter, and drivers we’re knowledgeable and friendly. The royal Olympian hotel in Athens was overcrowded with tours with a half hour wait for breakfast. The service was not good. The hotel in Santorini the Mystique was perfect and the staff was excellent

Tours too long & vehicles uncomfortable. Tour guides knowledgeable & professional.

No one should ever have to stay at the sea of Galilee hotel. Unless they’re coming in very late and leaving very early the next morning.

The last tour had lots of time in a bus. The steps were not long enough to have lunch and see the sights, so we frequently ate but could not enjoy the sights.

There were many things about this tour that we liked very much, most notably - our tour guide, Boaz Cohen was FABULOUS. However, I have a major complaint, which drives my rating - the tour that I purchased clearly specified that our group would not exceed 20. And yet, there were more than 35 participants on our day trip to Masada and the Dead Sea (there was no advance notice). There were several delays during this day, directly attributed to the additional participants; much time was lost/wasted. Additionally, because for most of the tour Boaz had to perform driving duties as well as guide duties, we wasted a great deal of time in Jerusalem dealing with parking issues. As a consequence, I would have a difficult time trusting Ya'lla on a future tour. As a postscript, upon reading Ya'lla's response - the Masada tour was not an add-on, but was an integral part of the purchased 12 day "Splendors of Israel" itinerary. Per the Ya'lla website - "This Israel tour is guaranteed to operate with a minimum of 2 passengers.The average group size is 10-15 and the maximum is 20, although a group that large is rare."

Although I had a good trip, It could have been better if we had more free time. The schedule was very strict in keeping with it. Very restricted. The schedule was exhausting. Although our guide was very factual and informative, would have preferred a Christian guide since this was re: our Lord and Savior
