The Tour Guide and bus driver were wonderful! This trip was more of a pilgrimage than a vacation so it had many challenges. How do you please 40 people? The way Ya'lla did, with flexibility, respect, and a good dose of humor!

Ya'lla provided a very complete trip to visit many of the highlights in Israel. Our guide, Jacob, was excellent in every way. The accomodations were first class and served very good food at breakfast and dinner buffets. The weather was very hot in early September and it would have been preferable to travel later in the fall.

I know Jacob, our guide, is an independent contractor, but hiring him to lead our group made the trip doubly informative and enjoyable. He knows the Bible inside out and upside down - both New and Old Testaments. The fact that we were able to keep our hotel room until leaving for the airport (technically another night) without being charged was a real bonus.

Clients had a little problem with American Airlines, late flights and not good service....other than that there trip was wonderful...Working with you as an agent was very pleasing too! The flights were not booked with Yalla but the rest of the trip was and from pick ups, transfers, hotels and everything else included these ladies had an awesome time. They and myself would recommend your company anytime.....

I travel every year and this was the best trip ever. My only problem is that it was just to short! Jacob is a wonderful leader and is incredibly knowledgeable. I will definitely encourage others to join in.

We were barely off the plane and Maged was there to greet us. We followed him through Immigration/Customs, collecting our luggage, and out the door to our private shuttle. Maged checked us into the hotel, made sure our wake up calls were taken care of, and all our days and evenings were planned. Maged also escorted us to the airport and checked us in for our flight. Our flight was at 11:10pm so he had a very long day. Essam was our Egyptologist. He had a wealth of history and current events to share with us. I learned a lot from him. Everyone knows Essam! Osama was our driver. He got us where we needed to be safely. I thought Bali and Rome had crazy drivers. Cairo and Giza has them beat. We would not have been able to get around Egypt without an escort. I felt safe with Maged, Essam, and Osama.
