We are a small business just getting started. We’ve spent $4,000 in 3 weeks. We need to buy another two pumps and would be spending another $3500 on them. So as a small businesswoman, I called in and asked if they had any specials, savings, or discounts for minority businesses, shipping discounts, or ANYTHING-and Alan said no but he’d ask his manager. He called me back and said the manager said no as well. Way to support the little guys-women actually! They charge $300/hour for their help, charging $3,500 per person for a class-yet won’t work with anyone to help them succeed as well. It’s disheartening in the least.

Hi Haley! Thank you for your feedback, we value your feedback. I apologize, there must have been a misunderstanding/miscommunication as our hourly consultations are $250. Unfortunately, technical explanations of processes require expertise. Beyond answering basic questions about products, we cannot walk through every process and details for free with every customer, especially due to liability. This is why we designed classes with our Xtractor Pros. These classes entail detailed extraction knowledge and techniques, while operating the equipment in our engineered C1D1 lab. It also protects us from a liability standpoint. After going through a class, we can ensure you will improve and refine your work flow processes and gain a better understanding of how the systems operate. You will receive your ROI back very quickly after taking a class or a consultation. If you have any specific questions we can help answer, we are more than happy to answer them and let you know the type of in depth we may need to go to properly explain. I apologize again for the misunderstanding. Thank you Haley!
