We always end up getting charged additional shipping than what we were originally quoted and it requires a separate invoice. This does not seem very professional. Edited to add that they followed up and explained what was going on. Very courteous and corrected the issue for us!

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for leaving us feedback and I apologize for the additional charges for your first order. We are currently working on making the changes to our online system to calculate the proper shipping rates. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and we will be waiving the additional shipping charges for you. Thank you!
