After thinking Xtractor Depot lied, I have discovered that their 3rd party vendor "Across" baited this transaction with phony claims of next day shipping. Stephanie, I apologize for getting angry and I appreciate your follow through on this. We will work together to make sure this gets made right and doesn't happen to anyone else.

Hi Bryan, Thank you very much for communicating with me on this issue. I truly appreciate your patience and willing to work with me on this matter as we wait for a resolution from Across International. I can assure you I will get this handled first thing in the New Year as promised from AI. Thank you again! Happy Holidays to you and your family.

Went to Xtractor Depot for the first time to check out some of the Terpenes, and I was greeted by knowledgeable and helpful staff. They took their time to explain the products, their benefits, and how to use them properly. Very professional and helpful.
