Isnt necessarily y’all’s fault but tracking on the package was nonexistent and it was delivered to a neighbors house 3 days before it even said it shipped on your online tracking site Shop. Terrible app and utterly useless. Please use a different tracking service.

Hi Dakota, Thank you for letting us know how your recent experience was. I am sorry you had troubles and had to seek your package! I will be looking into how we can make sure Fedex and the other carriers we use are working properly on our end. Unfortunately there isn't I can do to change their website. I'm glad to hear you found the package! I hope everything else was okay once you received your package. Please let us know if there is anything we can further help with. Thank you again!
