signature required ??????.........
i placed this order and requested expedited shipping. my purchase was sent via fed ex but with a required signature. it was supposed to be delivered monday and I was here to sign however it is now thursday and i have not received my order. Fed ex claims they have come every day and that i was not here. I dont understand why such a small order needs to be signed for. has created nothing but problems for me and i will not order from this company again.

Hi John, Thank you for letting us know the issues you were facing. I apologize, we do require signature on our packages due to the high volume of customer complaints we received regarding missing/stolen packages. Unfortunately we don't have control over when the carriers deliver and if they actually stopped by or not. I checked your tracking today and it shows it was delivered. If you did not receive the package, please let us know and we will reach out to Fedex to place a tracer on your package. Thank you for your patience. Thank you again and I apologize for the issues you had to go through.

The staff at Xtractor Depot were very friendly and professional. They quickly answered all my questions online through email and as soon as I arrived at the facility in person. I recomend anyone that has never purchased through do so. My order was given to me right away. will definitely be going back to make future purchases.

I showed up at shipping and receiving…
I showed up at shipping and receiving dock.dude no way of alerting a worker to pick up m yuh package..kind of negative feelings. However went into main office to get dry ice and my tocallo manuel took care of me .and good vibes did ensue. 👌🤪

Took awhile to receive package
Took awhile to receive package, plus shipping was $20 on a small bottle, why don’t you guys ship usps?? My package was ordered over a week ago, could have gotten it from the jungle by horseback by now 😳 #fedexblows

We had the package ready to ship however, no carriers were working on President's Day.
