I am so glad that I joined XRHealth
I am so glad that I joined XRHealth. The treatment that I received working with Ms.V was overwhelming. I am able to do things I had trouble doing. For instance I could raise my arms to brush my hair, I could put my hands behind my back. I couldn't even stand up for 2 seconds, but now I can stan longer. I am taking a short break, but you can believe that I will be back. Thank You XRHealth and Ms.V

I am very pleased with my PT sessions
I am very pleased with my PT sessions. Dr. Robinson is excellent. She is very approachable and her instructions are clear and concise. I feel stronger and better. I appreciate her hard work.

My only issue with XRHealth was getting…
My only issue with XRHealth was getting billed for services that been paid previously. What should have been an easy thing to correct on their part, took a while to resolve.

Hi Alex, Thank you for your generous and positive feedback. Yes, we have compassionate therapists working to personalize therapy to make real changes in people's lives. People don't always think of VR as therapeutic, but traditional therapy is not always engaging or effective. And the 1:1 with a therapist is so helpful for people with a range of conditions and symptoms. Good product when it works.
I use thisfts while often, but the system shifts while doing exercises. System headset doesn;t stay in place.

Dear Wayne, Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to write... I am so sorry it sounds like you had some trouble making the headset fit correctly- did you turn the silver dial on the headset to adjust it to fit snuggly? The headset weighs only less than 1 pound, so we always coach people to tighten the dial for a snug fit to stay in place! Do you still have the headset and could you give it a try? PT with Goggles
PT with Goggles This PT was one of the most unique & creative therapy sessions , I have experienced. It was bit challenging but productive and Brain Stimulating . My Therapist Michael Clemente was one of the best, he was very helpful and patience and above all very encouraging . I wouldn't mind trying again.My only recommendation is to improve the software as there were few glitches.
