REVIEW
We are both very distressed and distraught because we have come to discover, over the course of the past year, that we have been victims of a fraud that Wyndham employees have decided to mislead us into. As two elderly individuals it was disheartening to discover that our faith and trust were broken like this by people that we put our hopes and dreams of enjoying our retirement on. Through further digging, we have found that we are part of systemic abuse that timeshare companies such as Wyndham employ, putting the elderly in precarious positions where we have our hard-earned money stolen by greedy employees such as the ones employed at Wyndham. Furthermore, we were led to believe that our children could benefit from the timeshare, but the full financial burden was never made clear. This overwhelming fiscal responsibility, coupled with the thought of leaving this burden to our children, has caused us great distress. Wyndham employees lied to us, intentionally misled us, and manipulated our emotions to coerce us into purchasing a timeshare that is nothing short of a fraud. We were falsely led to believe that the timeshare represented a real estate investment, one that we could profit from and even rent out to make money. Moreover, the misrepresentation of the timeshare's inheritability has placed an unfair burden on our children, who would now inherit the debt obligations rather than actual property. Our experience with Wyndham has been nothing short of a nightmare, and we would never recommend anyone to enter into a timeshare agreement with this company.
