Dr. Sapienza, Thank you for your response. We understand your concern about the shipping cost, however, shipping costs have risen over the past year and the minimum shipping charge for anything is now about $12. You ordered a 3-foot custom Nitrous Oxide hose that we were able to ship the same day that we received the order. While our prices may not be the cheapest, we stock most items and pride our selves in being able to ship custom orders like yours the same day or next day that we receive them. The shipping costs that we charge are passed on by the couriers to us. If we can lower them we do but in this case $13 was the correct shipping charge for you order. If you have your own shipping account you can always use that in the future rather than having us prepay and add the shipping cost. Kind Regards, WT Farley
