John, Thank you for your response and for your support. We are in the process of revamping our website which will include better shipping options. We have a note on the checkout page that states that the shipping estimates may be higher than what the actual shipping cost is and we will lower it when possible. In your case that is what happened. The order came over with a shipping cost of $26.95. We were able to lower that to $21.89 before we processed the order and charged your card so you were charged the lower cost. It's pretty difficult to ship anything for less than $20 these days but we will always ship our orders at the most economical cost that we can. We appreciate your business and your feedback and look forward to working with you again. Kind Regards, The WT Farley Team

Barb, Thank you for your response and for your continued support. It's always a pleasure working with you and your colleagues at Trimedx. Many of our products are customizable. Because of that, those products don't come up by the product number in the search bar. You can always navigate to the item by going to the category page. If you ever have any issues finding a product or need a quote for anything please call or email us and we will help you right away. We're glad you were able to find what you needed by using the description. Kind Regards, The WT Farley Team

Hi Ken, You absolutely should still be getting your discount. We are looking into why this happened and will issue a refund for any discounts that you did not receive. You have been a great customer over the years and we appreciate your business. We will get this cleared up asap and make sure it doesn't happen again moving forward. Thank you! Best Regards, Mike Brody Operations Manager

Jane, Thank you for your response and for your support. We shipped your order the next day after we received it. Because you are on the West Coast, it takes about a week for items to reach you from our warehouse in South Carolina. The backpack style cylinder bag that you ordered does have adjustable straps so you should be able to find the right length that works for you. Please contact us at 843-536-9050 if you are having any problems with the bag. Kind Regards, The WT Farley Team
