Hi Andy, I don't show you as being set up as a customer. I'm sorry that you found it difficult to order. What was the issue? We try to make our website as user friendly as possible. Some of the items such as the Medical Gas Hoses are configurable parts so you need to configure the hose in order to get the correct part number. Scott, Thank you for your response. We are sorry that we didn't have your regulator in stock when you placed the order. Unfortunately, due to the Global Pandemic, some items are much more difficult to procure these days. Our inventory is changing by the minute due to the demand for products being used to fight the virus. Because of this it is challenging to try to keep all the item availability up to date. You placed your order on 11/10/20. On 11/19/20 one of your colleagues called and spoke to Michael. We didn't get her name but Michael said she was completely rude and unreasonable. She wouldn't listen to anything he had to say and was cursing at him. Had she been listening she would have heard that Michael was offering her a replacement which was a better regulator and a more expensive regulator, and he was offering it at the same price as your original regulator. We didn't have it in stock on the 19th but we knew we would be getting it in stock soon, and in fact, it did arrive the next week. Unfortunately because of your colleague's impatience the order was cancelled. Had she just been reasonable and listened to what Michael had to say you would have had the regulator weeks ago. We are doing our best to keep up with demand but some of manufacturers are taking much longer to produce the products than normal. Almost all of our customers have been very reasonable and understand that there is a massive demand for all of these products right now. We are doing our best to try to stay ahead of the demand but sometimes there's nothing we can do. We do have the replacement regulator that we were offering you in stock now if you are still in need. Orlando, Thank you for your response. We are sorry that we have been unable to ship the regulator that you ordered. We expect to have them in the next couple weeks and will ship your order asap. Unfortunately, due to the Global Pandemic, some items are much more difficult to procure these days. You can always call us first to see if we have an item in stock or what the lead time will be. The regulator that you ordered doesn't not have an alternative option so we weren't able to offer you another solution.
