The bad is too wide making it difficult to use and the cylinder wobbly and unsafe. Please make the bag 9” wide ONLY AT THE TOP (for regulator). That would be a very popular product and I would definitely purchase it.

Scott, Thank you for your response. We're sorry that the cylinder bag did not meet your expectations. We have sold this item for more than 15 years with very few issues. It is one of our most popular cylinder bags. The backpack style bag is designed to fit the regulator on top of the tank. The backpack design is made to allow the customer to easily transport the cylinder in a cost effective way. Had you contacted us back in September when the bag was ordered we would have offered for you to return the backpack style bag and try a different solution that may have worked better for you.
