Hi Mark, Thank you for your order and your feedback. We are aware that sometimes the shipping cost comes up high online. We have a note that appears at the checkout page stating that we will lower the shipping cost before we charge your card and process your order when possible. In your case we were able to lower the shipping cost from $31.95 to $23.26. It is pretty much impossible to ship anything for less than $20 these days, especially when shipping to a residence. Dr. Sapienza, Thank you for your response. We understand your concern about the shipping cost, however, shipping costs have risen over the past year and the minimum shipping charge for anything is now about $12. You ordered a 3-foot custom Nitrous Oxide hose that we were able to ship the same day that we received the order. While our prices may not be the cheapest, we stock most items and pride our selves in being able to ship custom orders like yours the same day or next day that we receive them. The shipping costs that we charge are passed on by the couriers to us. If we can lower them we do but in this case $13 was the correct shipping charge for you order. If you have your own shipping account you can always use that in the future rather than having us prepay and add the shipping cost. Kind Regards, WT Farley

Lisa, Thank you for your response. When you placed your order for the cylinder bag we had just run out of stock. We indicated that the item was back ordered when we confirmed your order and we would ship it as soon as possible. We did ship the bag as soon as we were able to. We normally don't send updates about back ordered items unless we are asked to or are contacted by the customer about the status of their order. If we had received a status request about the order we would have been able to give you an approximate ship date. We will look into our procedures of informing customers about back orders so we can better serve our customers moving forward. Thanks you again for your support. Thank you for you response Ken. We ship most orders the same day or next day by Fedex Ground shipping unless expedited shipping is requested. You did not request expedited shipping for your order. Your order was shipped the next day after it was received. It takes 3 business days to get to your location from our warehouse. It was delivered in 3 business days. Had we been informed that you needed it within 2 days we could have expedited the shipping.
