company is a bait and switch scam
company is a bait and switch scam. The only thing magical about this company is how fast they will take your money and the blatant bait-and-switch / lies in order to make a sale. After two months of being unable to use this dumpster fire the only thing we get is an email from Artem Gurnov Director, Account Development saying basically "we can give you a credit" What is someone going to do with a "credit" for a nonworking product? lol what a SCAM!

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry to hear how disappointed and frustrated you’ve felt. It’s clear that we let you down, both in terms of the product experience and the support you received, and I understand how upsetting that must be. We never want our customers to feel misled or unsupported, and your feedback about the sales process and follow-up is being taken seriously. Offering a credit isn’t helpful if the product isn’t meeting your needs, and I apologize that we didn’t provide a more meaningful resolution. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can work to improve both our communication and our service. Thank you for your honesty—it’s feedback like yours that helps us get better.
