Excellent software with enough versality but too much so it does not get unmanageable. A nice addition would be the hability to use dynamic fields.

Wrike is easy to navigate, has good collaboration capabilities as well as many AI tools to streamline processes. This work management tool allows a lot of customization which helps with project tracking and reporting. There are some issues with the support responsiveness.

We have an excellent Wrike team that meets with us regularly. We have Monthly and quarterly meetings for different groups in our organization, plus the team is available to us anytime we have questions or just want to run some thoughts by them. Their best practice support is wonderful. I had been asked to create a report/dashboard for a department that would display some specific details about a new process in their area. I was able to call our Wrike team and walk through the different options and visuals that I could create for the department. After showing the department what was available for them, they excitedly chose two different displays; one for the team and one higher level for executives. Being able to talk with Wrike experts to find all of our options is essential for me to be able to provide support to my internal customers.

I work for a small nonprofit organization, and our entire team operates remotely. Without Wrike, it would be challenging for us to manage the various projects we have ongoing and to ensure that items are reviewed promptly. Wrike helps us stay organized by allowing us to create dashboards, giving leadership a straightforward overview of the status of each project. I will note that there is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using Wrike; however, there are plenty of training videos available that can help you better understand the platform.

We've been on the Pinnacle plan for a year now and have been taking full advantage of the internal configurability. This is one of the pricier options out there and we'd recommend having an ongoing governance team and plan going in so that you aren't having to re-engineer everyone's structures partway through implementation, but once the dust settles it's immensely powerful.

Wrike helps me to stay on track with my projects and task. It has a fairly smooth flow.

It was good experience while it lasted. Not looking to renew anytime soon though
