I called to customer service in WOW! and told them that I wanted to cancel the service and when they did I returned all the equipments, I even submitted a formal cancellation request and after going through all that, they told me that i have to pay a $168 early termination fee even though i cancelled only days before the renewal date.

Absolute fraud company. How is possible they're billing vague fees, for nothing since I canceled the contract one month before! Trash quality made me say good bye to the company and now they just want to steal every possible dollar.
