Koop aub niks van Worx. Ik kocht vorig jaar een Worx Landroid met een behuizing tegen water. In de winter heb ik het toestel binnen geplaatst om het te beschermen tegen vocht en koude. Toen ik het in maart terug wou opstarten ging het plots niet meer. Toestel is dan voor herstelling terug naar Positec (hersteldienst Worx) gegaan en dan krijg ik een rekening voor de herstelling omdat er zogezegd waterschade is. Herstelkosten meer dan 200€. Dit terwijl ik steeds goed zorg gedragen heb voor het toestel. Ik kan dus iedereen afraden om ooit iets van Worx te kopen. Mvg Patrick Tops

They sent me a non-functional $400 lawnmower (unable to turn on). After I tried to get a replacement they sent me another non-functional lawnmower (stops running while mowing every few feet). When I asked for a refund they said it would be 'pro-rated based on time of purchase.' It has now been a week of back and forth and they still have not told me what the refund amount will be. My Amazon review about this was rejected and they deleted my comment on their Facebook, so if you're wondering why you don't normally see bad reviews of this company, that's why!

Sent drill back under warranty 2 months ago not had updates discussing customer service would not buy anything else from them

Ben aan mijn vierde schuurvoet voor de multitool. Na tee minuten schuren is de voet compleet waardeloos geworden. Oorzaak: te weinig hechtoppervlak en slechte kwaliteit van het hechtoppervlak. Compleet waardeloos. Advies: koop nooit een multitool van worx

I purchased a WORX Sander (WX 642) When I tried to use it for the first time the supplied sanding sheets fell apart, they had the consistency of blotting paper and could easily be pulled apart - useless. I contacted WORX help desk who were totally disinterested and told me to return the sander to where I had purchased it. They didn't want to know about the issue and were happy for me to have to go to the trouble of packaging it up and sending back to Amazon, rather than a). discuss the issue - are all their sanding sheets faulty ?) b). Consider sending some replacement sanding sheets. I am disgusted with WORX and won't be purchasing from them again

I had a fault appear after almost three years of great performance and the customer service I received was fantastic. They were fantastic throughout the process and replaced the faulty part free of charge.

I have had Worx tools for a long time, I have tried previous brands but they are heavy and hard to use all day. I love the power to weight of the Worx products, they are always up to the task, they have never let me down, the drills and reliable and strong and take all the abuse I throw at them. My favourite tool is the plunge saw, it cuts through OSB board like but it save hours of work, its simply genius. Well done Worx keep it up, you've neve let me down.
