After 2 years
After 2 years, my worx WG751.2 Nitro mower on/off switch failed. I called customer service and received the runaround until they told me the switch assembly is not available. I asked if the switch for the next generation of the mower was available and was told that isn't available. I asked about a replacement and was told that neither mower was available even though they are still selling it. Basically, the warranty on a Worx tool is useless. It's a made in China product and they don't stock parts. Typical for how these sellers operate. This the second Worx tool that's failed. Buyer beware!! 26 July 25 - Worx contacted me and after giving them some information, they sent me a brand new WG752 mower. I did have to pay for shipping ($9.95) per warranty. So, I have reconsidered their warranty as good! The new mower is improved, however the bail switch is the same. Suggestion for consumers - when shutting the mower off, do not let the bail spring back. Release slowly.
